Des Howell
Des Howell is a freelance artist and writer who has lived with his wife Mary in Toowoomba since early 2005.
Des has spent most of his working life in various Queensland schools and colleges, where he worked as a teacher, instructor and librarian. After a rich and fulfilling career in Education, he decided to make more use of his creative talents in visual arts and writing.
Currently, Des is focussing on portraiture and figurative works, but has also ventured into landscapes and abstracts. Click on images for larger views
